Halloween Pumpkin Facial
Carve up that Halloween pumpkin and you may notice how soft and smooth your hands feel afterwards. That's because fresh pumpkin is loaded with vitamins, anitoxidants, minerals and enzymes that soften skin and exfoliate dead skin cells. There are B vitamins, betacarotene, and essential fatty acids that nourish and refresh tired skin. All skin types will benefit from the application of a fresh pumpkin facial.

Apply a thin layer to freshly cleansed skin and leave on for 10 - 15 minutes. Press a warm, wet face cloth onto face and then splash off remainder of mask with warm water. Your skin will be nourished, glowing, soft and rejuvenated. Store any remaining mask in the refrigerator for up to a week - or freeze remainder to use within a month.
You can also make a body scrub by mixing fresh pumpkin puree with brown sugar and a little almond oil. Apply all over your body in the shower and
